These vibrant little treasures come from the Costa Chica of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Afro-Mexican roots of the people there are reflected in the craft and dress. These are cut and carved from painted gourds. This type of work is a particular specialty of the region. We have fitted these with handmade sterling silver ear wires.
These look fabulous on. They have great movement, beautiful color and form and are light as a feather to wear. About 3.75 inches long Approx 7 grams.
