Hazaragi Tribal & Faux Turquoise Earrings.

This is a traditional design by the Hazaragi people of Afghanistan.

About 3 inch long and 11 g.
The earwires on these are thicker than the average western piercing. They are 1.35mm thick.

Larger gauged wire is a healthier choice for many earrings,especially those with any weight to them. The thicker wire supports the earring better and keeps the earlobe healthier and discourages stretching. Earring holes gauged slightly do not look noticeably different than other earring holes and they open up a world of possibility where tribal earrings are concerned. Something to consider!
