Huichol Beaded Cuff Bracelet. Scorpion

Beautiful beaded necklace by a Huichol artisan of Mexico. The Huichol are famous for their beadwork. It is some of the finest and most artistic I have seen with a wonderful subtle color sense. This was purchased from the young Huichol woman that made it.

The deer and peyote are significant to the mythology and spiritual life of the Huichol people.
