Wonderful hand-embroidered dress from the Balochi people of Afghanistan. These take about two months of daily work to produce. The cut is perfect and the embroidery is fabulous. The ultimate boho dress!
The base is a very silky buttery satin, a nice quality fabric.
These dresses are works of at that have been worn by Balochi women in their daily lives. Some come with little burn holes, pulled seams or discoloration. They are fabulous pieces and are fabulously underpriced for the work and skill that they represent. Any major issues will be documented in the photos and reflected in the price.

These are the most fabulous things I've seen in a long time. Handwoven cotton shawl with gorgeous green feathers macramed into the fringe. These come from a Purepecha artisan from Michoacan. This is a traditional style of rebozo that has been produced for hundreds of years.
