A gorgeous handwoven huipil from the Amuzgo people of Guerrero. It is made of hand spun cotton in it's natural colors. Truly masterful weaving and a very special garment. The brown cotton is called coyuchi and the more green cotton is algodon verde. Both are the natural colors of the huipiles. It is native to southern Mexico and it is hand spun.
This huipil is a masterpiece of an accomplished artisan.
