These earrings were made by a craftsperson of a Hmong tribe of China. The silk embroidery has been repurposed from old remnants of Hmong textiles.. Hmong silver jewelry is distinctive for its design, style and craftsmanship.

The metal content is unknown but they appear to be silver plated.
