Mayan Guatemalita Jade Graduated Choker Necklace. Guatemalan.

Beautiful Guatemalita jade necklace of graduated hand hewn beads and fine silver disks. One of my favorite necklaces to date!
The jade is called guatemalita. It is indigenous only to Guatemala. These beads are worked by an exceedingly skilled Mayan artisans in the highlands of Guatemala.

This are the most wonderful stone! reminiscent both of turquoise and amazonite. I consider these to be a tremendous value particularly considering their rarity.
