Monte Alban Pendant on Guatemalita Necklace. Gold Plated Silver. Mexico. Frida Kahlo

This handmade pendant is reproductions of ancient Zapotec earrings that were found in the 7th tomb of Monte Alban. The Zapotec are the native people of Oaxaca.

It is a gorgeous design with lots of nice movement.

Gold plated sterling silver and guatemalita. The small gold beads and clasp are also vermeil (gold plated sterling silver)
Approx 19.5 grams.
