Patria Nueva Mexican Huipil. Vibrant Mayan Textile.

Wonderful vintage Mayan huipil from Pueblo Nuevo, Chiapas. Incredible modern color palette on a very old and traditional design. I'm crazy about these. They come from villages that are "autonomous". They rely on their own systems of justice and governance and are outside the control of the state and not open to outsiders. These are hard to get!
