Each of these Rabari shawls has been made with such love and attention. These are from a tribe in Gujarat, India where the most exuberant and beautiful embroidery comes from. These are often adorned in layers generation to generation, I imagine. They are toasty warm and truly fetching.
These are great shawls for cool weather or striking as a wall hanging or throw.

This is huipil made from an older pre 1980s Chichicastenango huipil and natural silk velvet. Absolutely phenomenal color way! The huipil is a now rare wool embroidered piece. These are no longer produced in this region.

This poncho come from the Highlands of Chiapas, a village called San Andres Larrainzar. Not a traditional garment but a completely fabulous modern design using the traditional San Andres Larrainzar style of weaving. Wonderful color way.
