This is a gorgeous old vintage Hmong textile. Originally part of a skirt this piece of cotton has been beautifully hand-batiked and appliqued with old cotton printed material.. The scarf measures approximately 61 inches long, By 18 inches wide.

Wonderful shawl from Chamula, Chiapas. This garment is handwoven from the little sheep that are raised in small flocks there, spun on small top style spindles and then hand embroidered. In addition to looking great it is warm and super practical. We love a poncho.

This is a gorgeous handwoven huipil from the Costa Chica of Oaxaca. The huipil is woven of soft hand spun cotton. The beautiful blue color is made from a a natural indigo dye. Huipiles from this region are difficult to come by and this is a fabulous example.
