These are my latest obsession. These come from Burkina Faso and are truly vintage. They ooze the sweet vibe of previous owners. This one is unusual in that it has subtle stripes. The color and texture are gorgeous.
They are great cool weather wraps, They work as big scarf/hood, they look fabulous as a throw for the couch and would be lovely table cloths. I have several of these and each is slightly different so check out this section of my shop for more, to compare.
It measures 74x39" not including the fringe.
As, I mentioned these are truly vintage and it is typical for them to come well worn, it is part of what makes them special. This one is in very good vintage condition
This is a gorgeous handwoven huipil from the Costa Chica of Oaxaca. The huipil is woven of hand spun cotton and the weave is a of traditional design. The the brown is the natural color of the coyuchi cotton. Huipiles from this region are difficult to come by and this is a fabulous example.
This was purchased from the artisan at asking price.
This one has these measurements: Chest 28" Length 31"

Wonderful hand-embroidered dress from the Balochi people of Afghanistan. The cut is perfect and the embroidery is fabulous. The ultimate boho dress!
41" long and 17" wide across the chest under the armpits. The material is a nice quality chiffon.
Most of these dresses come well loved. It is not uncommon for them to have small burn holes from cooking fire embers or loose embroidery threads. Please expect that. It is part of what makes them wonderful and the price is adjusted to account for overall condition.
