Vintage Tajik Suzani Silk Embroidered Dress. Up to size L

Beautiful hand-embroidered tunic from Uzbekistan. A nice satin base and plush vibrant Suzani embroidery.
39" long and 17" wide across the chest under the armpits.

The embroidery is done in what seems like silk/cotton blend embroidery floss. Maybe just silk.
Garments this heavily hand-embroidered at this price are pretty much a thing of the past, worldwide. My travels have shown me that these pieces are available as vintage items in dwindling quantities and rarely new at very high prices.

Please not that this is a vintage piece. Expect minor flaws including but not limited to the one show. I show every defect that I see but I don't always catch them all.
Also, as a rule, these Suzani dresses are not particularly carefully tailored. They are sturdy and look great but are somewhat roughly constructed.

Would fit up to a size large. The model is 5' 7"
