Vintage Todos Santos Hand-Woven Guatemalan Huipil. Boho Beauty

This daily huipil was hand woven on a backstrap loom in three stripey panels. These panels are heavily decorated with supplementary brocade featuring complex almost abstract geometric designs. The head hole is surrounded by a "collar" of appliqued rick-rack in typical Todos Santos style. This is an older style of Todos Santos huipils and is the only one of these that I found on my last trip.

It is in very good condition.
