Vintage Traditional Balochi Hand-Embroidered Satin Dress. M/L

Wonderful hand-embroidered dress from the Balochi people of Afghanistan. These take about two months of daily work to produce. The cut is perfect and the embroidery is fabulous. The ultimate boho dress!

The base is a very silky buttery satin, a nice quality fabric.

These dresses are works of at that have been worn by Balochi women in their daily lives. Some come with little burn holes, pulled seams or discoloration. They are fabulous pieces and are fabulously underpriced for the work and skill that they represent. This one is patched toward the hem. Please be prepared to love it as is. I have noted any major defects but it may have minor ones that I didnt catch.

42" long and 17" wide across the waist. Goes on over the head without a zipper or buttons.

Would fit up to size M/L. The model is 5' 7"
